Frequently asked questions

How do I start?

Choose one recurring frequency for your whole basket at checkout, or create a delivery directly from your account. You can also use a previous order as a starting point.

When do I pay?

At checkout you pay for the first order immediately. In your account, you authorize your payment method first without an immediate charge.

Future deliveries are charged 5 days before delivery at 18:00 (Swiss time).

Until when can I make changes?

The default deadline is 5 days before delivery at 12:00 (Swiss time). Your account shows the exact deadline. Orders already charged or being prepared cannot be changed online.

What happens if a payment fails?

We notify you so you can update your payment method. A delivery still unpaid 3 days before its date is cancelled. Your subscription remains available for resolution.

Is this Gourmet Club?

Gourmet Club is a membership. Recurring deliveries are regular product orders. You can have either or both, and they have separate sections in your account.

Can I send gifts or use several addresses?

Each recurring delivery has one delivery address. Gifting and multiple addresses within one subscription are not available.
